Dr. Urvashi R Pathak founded Medora Advisors after 25 years experiencing healthcare transformation from every angle—as a clinician frustrated by broken workflows, an operations leader managing vendors and go-live chaos, a senior executive leading global system integrators through massive pursuits and implementations for leading healthcare systems, and an advisor to C-suite leaders balancing patient safety with financial reality across four continents. She's guided both SIs and healthcare executives through the moments when systems fail, and patients still need care. She built Medora because both deserve advisors who've actually done the job.
